Yes, all of our watches are serviced by our certified watchmakers.
Do your watches have warranty?
Yes, every watch we sell comes with our 1 year Bow & Crown warranty.
What services are covered by the Bow & Crown warranty?
All repairs of the movement of the watch are covered by our Bow & Crown warranty.
The following services are excluded from the warranty:
- Water damage. Our watches are not waterproof.
- Damage caused by external influences (e.g. improper handling, impact or fall damage)
- Damage to straps of any kind
- Damage to clasps or buckles of any kind

Is the shipping of my purchase insured?
Yes, all shipments are insured up to 10.000 €. If you purchased several watches with a total value higher than 10.000 €, they will be shipped separately.

What if a watch I consider buying is already sold?
Unfortunately a sold watch will not be available again. But chances are high that we will have a similar watch in our shop soon.

I want to buy a watch but I don't like its strap. Can I purchase the watch with a different strap?
Yes, just send us a message through our contact form after purchasing your new watch with information about your order number and the strap you would like on your watch.
Note:
The delivery time of your watch may increase due to the production of certain straps. If your new strap is more expensive than the current strap of the watch, the price of your purchase may increase.

What is your return policy?
Purchases can be returned within 14 days after delivery. If you want to return your purchase send us a message through our contact form. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment and its insurance.
Note:
Watches must have their intact security seal sticker on their crystal in order to be returned. If you remove the sticker once it will break and cannot be reapplied. Straps, bracelets and accessories have to be unworn and unused in order to be returned.

Yes, just send us a message through our selling form. We will send you an offer for your pre-owned timepiece. We will respond within the next three days.
